Our premium 6803RS bearings are fabricated using vacuum-degassed GCr15 high-carbon chromium bearing steel, hardened to a precise range of HRC 60–65. The "2RS" designation denotes twin dual-lip nitrile butadiene rubber (NBR) contact seals. These seals are specifically designed to retain our advanced internal lubricants while preventing ingress of dust, grit, moisture, and particulate matter. This seal configuration significantly extends the service life in demanding environments.
To satisfy strict requirements for low vibration and high accuracy, we control the inner and outer ring raceway geometry using high-speed, automated micro-grinding processes. The internal clearance is kept consistent within the standard CN or extra-clearance C3 ranges, depending on the application's operating temperature and shaft-interference variables.
